| Like Santa in his Toy Shop… |
| Lots of fun stuff happening in the shop these days. Andrew has been rotating between gluing up cutting boards, milling and turning dishes and gluing up a new batch of side tables – all while the kiln chugs merrily away with the latest load. It’s very festive really. He is also gearing up for the Wintertide Makers Market in Everett on December 10th – if you’re looking for the perfect handmade wooden gift for that special person, or if you just want to chat wood, come on by! |

| In the Kiln |
| Nothing too wild in the kiln this month, just some pretty pieces of maple, cedar and alder that are relatively uniform.We are scheduling a short run for early December – specifically for softwoods in the 20s% moisture range or less. We do still have a bit of room left, and with short runs like this we charge the $.10/bdft/day rate that keeps the costs down.
