Urban Log’s head woodturner, AJ Nicholls, is a woodturning instructor for classes for US Veterans through a program called Path With Art. He found inspiration in one of their class projects and experimented with a unique finishing technique and stain that resulted in a very cool, very unusual looking bowl. AJ says: “Got inspired during a class I’m teaching to US veterans through Path With Art. Wanted to channel my inner Stewart Furini!”
